Answering my many questions with certainty and knowledge. He installed the new bottom panel and adjusted the weatherstrip since I had water entering the garage when it rained and was windy. He figured that my problem should be rectified. It has not rained hard combined with a wind thus I cannot comment if my problem has been rectified. I will monitor this as per your installer and will contact you if the problem still persists. I am hoping that all will be fine.

I called to… Read more I requested an estimate to install a garage door in August and a person came that day to take measurements and discuss options. I was informed that it could not be done until September. I called to give the go-ahead for the job. After 2 months, I called and was told there was no work order. I gave a deposit in September. Again, no door was ordered until December and the job was performed in January. I found this mismanagement to be somewhat unprofessional.
