I was informed that it could not be done until September. I called to give the go-ahead for the job. After 2 months, I called and was told there was no work order. I gave a deposit in September. Again, no door was ordered until December and the job was performed in January. I found this mismanagement to be somewhat unprofessional.

A few weeks later the door failed. Two younger guys showed up based around for a while and told me I needed a new door. I lived with an open garage door through a 2 day blizzard and a couple of weeks before the new door could be installed. The guys who put in my new door were terrific. I got a small discount for the new springs for the old door. I could go on but
