What a nightmare!

Took pics in my garage attic of supports coming loose (prob over many yrs) and are charging me for the service call saying not warrantied due to supports. Today another bolt came off - poor workmanship/service overall.

Fair price. Today, I needed the wire for my garage handle and locking system. They searched high and low and found a new piece,17" long for $20.00. Thanks guys. Further more the secretary-receptionist, Madison, will greet you and look after your concerns. She is so pleasant and effective in her responsibilities...your day will be just a little bit nicer
